Nature and art have always inspired me in profound ways. I am awed by the vibrant colors of a sunset, the delicate patterns on feathers, the majesty of a bird in flight, the whiskers on a mouse. One lovely sunny day, my husband and I visited a Calusa Indian grave site in Southwest Florida. As we reverently walked among the Calusa shell midden on the banks of the Bay, we were surrounded by hundreds of blue butterflies. It was magical and mystical. We were in awe of the spirits of the beautiful indigenous people of Southwest Florida. Listen to the whispers of their wisdom. Protect our beautiful earth including all who dwell on this little blue marble which appears as a tiny star in the vast sky of some other galaxy. My greatest wish is for humans to learn to care for our planet and all that live on it- and each other - with much more love and gentleness.

Humans carry the strange magic of memory, meaning and dream. Art is our oldest language. Before we had written words, we had markings, patterns, etchings. We paint what we feel. We make art to remember, to transform, to connect. We wear symbols like armor or prayer. We create rituals around moments we can't quite explain. While other creatures adapt to the earth, we shape it with story - carving meaning from time, texture, and color. We make art from grief. Jewelry from vision. Collage from the subconscious. We honor a bird, a buffalo, a butterfly as a message. A fragment of cloth as a sacred relic.

Unlike other species, we can choose who we become. We aren't bound by instinct alone - we can dream, imagine, shape, and reinvent ourselves.
Jewelry is not just an adornment. It is Reclamation. Transformation. Ritual. Art. Wearing jewelry that symbolizes your journey, healing, or transformation helps you reclaim parts of yourself that may have been lost, hidden, or ignored. It’s a statement of self-ownership and pride. Wearing handmade art helps you reclaim your own creativity and individuality in a world of mass production.

All of the jewelry is designed and handmade in the U.S.A. and the artwork featured is my original work.

Thank you for being here. You are beautiful. Be you. You are loved.
